Information under the Legislative Decree no. n.206/05 
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases at a distance, are protected by Legislative Decree 206 of September 6, 2005 (already Legislative n.185 of May 22 1999) that allows for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

 

 

The customer who has purchased Sicilianissimo.it products for personal use only may withdraw from the same within 10 working days from delivery of goods, provided the products to be returned are still perfectly intact. The customer who intends to withdraw from should send a letter with acknowledgment of receipt, showing the will to exercise that right, specifying the goods subject of withdrawal and the bank on which support the reimbursement, to:

The customer will send, at his own expense, specifying the details on the package RMA, the goods covered by a withdrawal:

Repayment of amount due to be paid by bank transfer on coordinates reported by the client, in the days following the receipt of the goods subject of withdrawal.
